Organized and facilitated recruitment of Nashua community members to co-develop and implement the program application with Brenda Vavroch (INRCOG).

Secured a 3-year contract (July 2024) and coordinated $24,000 in community-driven project funding to be completed by June 2025.

Leveraged $24,000 into $70,000 through strategic partnerships, supporting 10 projects in year one.

$12,000 – Nashua Community Foundation: RRFB crossing signals at Merrill & Hwy 346 (pending permitting).

$1,650 – Nashua Parks: Pickleball Court.

$800 – Nashua-Plainfield Schools: Lifetime Sports PE Class.
